I was disappointed with my experience at Nobis Palma. The welcome was cold, and the staff member assisting with our luggage was unfriendly and unhelpful, which created a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the service never really improved, and the overall experience fell well below what I expected from a hotel of this standard.

Ok to be honest we did not stay at the hotel, to expensive. We did visit the bar and sun terrace. This has to be one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The staff, the design, the drinks and the music absolutely fantastic. If you can afford it stay here.

READ THIS FIRST IF SLEEP QUALITY MATTERS!
The hotel can be noisy as it draws a crowd to its bar and there is constant activity outside the front of the building late into the night. Depending upon your room location, you might be in for a night of constant outdoor chatter, knocking on the front doors, and the bang of said door being opened and closed. Despite an incredibly comfortable bed, we only managed a couple hours of sleep. Earplugs are a must. While the hotel was amazing in every other way, the noise situation would have me reevaluating a future stay.

Otherwise, I don't have much to add beyond the other positive reviews. The building has a ton of character, the courtyard and bar draw the wannabe influencers enmasse for photos. Service is great - friendly and welcoming. Rooms vary in terms of quality/size. Ours was probably on the smaller side, but the Byredo amenities and comfy bed were great. Location is great - more convenient to shopping vs cathedral but that suited us fine.

I'm really on the fence between four and five stars... and on whether I'd stay here again given the noise. I really want to LOVE it, but I'm not quite there. Definitely worth a visit to the bar even if you don't stay here.

Not a single staff member was ever unfriendly. Every one of them was warm and welcoming. The room was also unique and absolutely beautiful.

We came here for our honeymoon, and thanks to all of you, we’ll be leaving with nothing but wonderful memories. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.

For parking, all you need to do is provide your vehicle’s license plate number to the staff, and they’ll make sure you won’t receive a parking fine.

A special thank you to Eddie, who gave us a tour of the hotel. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and super cool!

Nobis Hotel is exceptionally well located, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. From the moment of arrival, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, providing service of the highest standard with remarkable attention to detail.

The hotel itself is tastefully designed, with attractive interiors that create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. While the rooms are relatively compact, they are impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. For a short visit, the room size is perfectly adequate, although guests planning a longer stay may prefer a larger room.

The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast was outstanding, offering an excellent start to the day. The many thoughtful touches throughout the hotel further enhanced the overall experience.

Overall, this is a charming hotel that combines an excellent location, exceptional service, and high standards of comfort. It is well suited for solo travelers, friends, and couples alike, and I would not hesitate to recommend it. I very much look forward to returning in the future.

Nobis was a five-star experience all around. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful at every turn. The ambiance was conducive to relaxing and getting work done (when needed). Everything we ate and drank was delicious, including the breakfast buffet and dinner at Noi. We look forward to staying at another Nobis property soon!

This may have been my favorite hotel experience to date.

I’m generally not a resort-hotel person - I’m drawn to unique boutique properties that feel thoughtfully curated, intentional, and full of character. Nobis Hotel Palma exceeded every expectation.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail of this hotel had been carefully considered. The property itself is stunning, blending historic charm with modern luxury in a way that feels both elegant and authentic. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfectly appointed.

What truly set Nobis apart, however, was the service. A beautiful hotel can impress you, but exceptional service is what makes a stay unforgettable - and Nobis delivered some of the best hospitality my husband and I have ever experienced. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Their kindness and thoughtfulness were evident in every interaction.

In fact, we loved our experience so much that we actually tried to cancel the second hotel we had booked in Mallorca so we could return to Nobis. Unfortunately (and understandably), they were completely sold out.

A few additional highlights: the gym was incredibly unique - small but thoughtfully equipped and highly functional - and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Every morning felt like a treat.

We truly cannot recommend Nobis Hotel Palma highly enough. It is a rare property that excels in every category: design, atmosphere, comfort, food, and, most importantly, service. It will be our first choice every time we return to Palma.

We have travelled the world and been lucky enough to stay in some amazing amazing hotels - and without a doubt Nobis was the best experience we have ever had...

The location and architecture are truly special - our friend in the hotel industry made the good point to us that after a while a lot of these 5 star resorts can tend to look a bit similar, Nobis is truly unique. The building itself is over 1,000 years old and the history and design of it are utterly enchanting.

We actually also chose Nobis out of all the hotels in Mallorca as the one to stay at during our wedding weekend (!) - and the service we received was without a doubt the best we've ever experienced. Any unique wedding (or general) requests we had (at any hour) were met instantly with a warm and friendly attitude, and moreover the staff were ridiculously friendly and approachable (often we can find this isn't always the case in these type of places).

We had the pleasure of staying in the Nobis Suite which was utterly stunning and worked so well as a preparation area for our wedding.

Huge huge special thank you to the manager we dealt with - Rafa - who took care of us throughout our stay. His warmth and professionalism were more than we could have ever expected and he did everything he could to make our special weekend the best of our lives.

The food and drink menu were also excellent - and the staff and kitchen were hugely accommodating of my lactose intolerance.

To us - this is the best hotel in the world. Everyone should stay here at least once!

I don’t write bad reviews often and this hotel indeed is visually beautiful but we had the absolute worst experience while being on our honeymoon. We stayed in the courtyard suite that is described online as facing a serene courtyard. Their club and bar is directly above the suite, which means we did not sleep until 2am because we could hear everything from the electronic music to the screaming guests and furniture moving all night on the wooden floor. Half of the room is also glass, which the entire restaurant can look into, so we had to have all curtains closed the entire time. We could hear guests taking the elevators and the different music playing loudly from the restaurant. Truly felt like I was on the Vegas strip.

When asked to be moved to any other room or the sister hotel I was told this is what to expect with a courtyard facing suite. The front desk also said they would compensate us for our bad stay which did not happen so far or at checkout. Just a disappointing experience for a 5 star hotel.

A really great place, ancient building with a lot of history, so close to the city center. Like a hideaway in the middle of Palma. Wonderful ambience and lovely people, the staff is very nice and helpful. The food and drinks are top notch as well. We enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner at the restaurant. Definitely worth a recommendation. Thanks Raffa!
