Primero de todo, queremos pedirle disculpas por no haber llegado a sus expectativas del servicio del bar. Nos sorprende lo que nos comenta, porque siempre trabajamos con productos locales y frescos. Compramos nuevas lima cada día por ejemplo...
Pero está claro que no le ha gustado la bebida y que hemos fallado. Le pedimos disculpas de verdad.

Ojala Usted hubiera comunicado su opinión en el mismo momento a cualquier camarero(a); así podríamos haber rectificar el error y asegurado su 100% satisfacción, que es lo más importante para nosotros.
