We do have a dress code which requires all customers to wear a top while in both the bar and terrace seating areas. This applies to everyone and is enforced consistently by our staff. Bikini tops are only permitted when using the chairs on the steps, which is why our waitress asked you to put a top on.

We’re sorry to hear the piña coladas weren’t to your taste. They are freshly made to order using Malibu, Bacardi, pineapple and coconut syrup, and are included in our 2-for-€15 cocktail offer. We have received plenty of positive feedback on them, although we appreciate tastes differ.

As no concerns were raised with our staff during your visit, we were unfortunately not given the opportunity to address the issue or replace the drinks at the time.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your drinks.

Our Piña Coladas are made fresh to order using Bacardi, Malibu, pineapple and coconut syrup, so they do not contain amaretto. Looking at the photo, it appears the drinks were nearly finished, but if there had been an issue we’d have happily remade or replaced them had it been brought to our attention during your visit.

As for pricing, our cocktails are currently offered as 2 for €15, which we believe represents good value for premium branded spirits.

Your review is simply not an accurate reflection of what happened.

At no point did our staff attempt to take away drinks that were still being consumed. Our team checked several times whether you wished to order another drink, and each time you declined. Once your drinks were finished, you were politely advised of our house policy: “No drink, no seat.”

We are a sports bar, not a public viewing area. Customers are welcome to stay and enjoy the football while purchasing drinks, but we cannot have tables occupied for the duration of a match after all drinks have been finished. This policy applies to every customer and is enforced consistently, regardless of how busy the bar is.

While we respect your right to leave a review, describing our staff as rude for politely enforcing a clearly established policy is unfair. Our team were professional throughout the interaction.
