We do experience a high volume of activity during live sports events as we can accommodate up to ten sports simultaneously. This can result in a lively atmosphere. However, smoking is not permitted on our terrace or any of our tables. It is only permitted outside on the street. We have not been informed of any breaches of these rules. If you had raised this matter with a member of staff they would have asked the customer to cease smoking.

Thank you for your review. We are proud of the cleanliness of our bar and toilets and are pleased you enjoyed your visit.

We do want to clarify what happened from our side, as our team did take the situation seriously. When the guest fainted, our staff immediately contacted the emergency services for advice.
We were told that, as there was no ongoing medical emergency, an ambulance would not be sent and that the guest would need to make their own way to the hospital for assessment.

Following their guidance, our staff provided water, and helped arrange a taxi so they could get to medical care quickly. We understand that this must have been worrying for everyone involved, but we followed the procedure advised to us at the time.
