We are baffled to see a review like this that said nothing about our venue. A boring hamburger? No pictures? I guess it was the crunchy chicken burger, it is less impressive than the big American or New York burger indeed... It seems like you are writing from a neighbouring venue who, by the way, are the reason for clients to sit at the other en of the terrace or even stay away because they don't like to noise of the loud music coming from their boxes that should be inside and are over the maximum Db or games on screen. It surprises us that people take their tme to write online over asking if it's possible to talk to a manager and clear things up during their visit, for example. In hospitality we like to say 'if you like it, tell the world, if you dislike something, tell it to us so we can fix it'
