We stayed just down the road from the Temple Bar and whilst we tried lots of other bars, we always ended up back here. Live band with varied repertoire. Also managed to accommodate most people’s musical requests. Drink reasonable and good service. If you are up this end of town, definitely worth a visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Temple Bar! The atmosphere is brilliant, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and it’s easily one of the best spots in the area for a night out. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
​It is just a massive shame that our trip was completely ruined afterwards by the local taxi cooperative operating right down the road. One of our group members had an upset stomach and accidentally farted in the taxi. Instead of handling it like a professional, the driver lost his temper, assaulted us, and spat directly at my wife.
​We reported this immediately to the taxi management team with the exact, definitive GPS location data and timestamps. Shockingly, the management decided that spitting at female customers is perfectly fine. They deliberately gave us the details of a completely innocent driver just to cover up for their best mate who actually did it. Support this amazing bar, but be highly vigilant about the toxic and corrupt taxi management team operating in the area. The Town Hall and Tourism Board have been notified.

Cudowny klimat, niesamowicie charyzmatyczna i przyjemna obsługa. Trafiliśmy tu przypadkiem ale było naprawdę przyjemnie. Muzyka na żywo w takim klimacie, polecam 👍

Had a few pints in here last night, 3 euros for Lager, 4 for Madri.

Great service, very friendly staff.

The singers where great, played a good range of guitar based songs and we asked them to play The Eagles which they did very well.

Will visit again and try he Guiness for sure
