Walking past this bar late on the night of the England France game for the World Cup, on our way back to the hotel and little 6 year old girl was desperate for a wee, we went in and asked if she could use the toilets and they refused as we weren’t paying customers, KEEP IN MIND we have been in the bar this week on MULTIPLE occasions so we thought having been paying customers throughout the week they would allow a 6 year old little girl use the bathroom as she was desperate but no!! This is a prime example of how you prevent people coming back to your establishment. Utterly disappointed with the rudeness of the staff and their dismissal of a child!!!!!!!

Wir waren im Hook Cocktail Bar und sind wirklich begeistert. Das ist für uns definitiv eine der besten Bars, wenn man in entspannter Atmosphäre einen richtig guten Abend verbringen möchte. Schon beim Reinkommen fühlt man sich direkt wohl, weil das Ambiente sehr einladend ist und die ganze Bar einen besonderen Charme hat. Das Hook wird online auch für seine zentrale Lage und das auffällige Ambiente beschrieben.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Cocktails und Longdrinks, denn die sind wirklich sehr gut gemacht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier nicht einfach nur schnell irgendetwas eingeschenkt wird, sondern dass auf Geschmack und Qualität geachtet wird. Auch der Sangria ist absolut empfehlenswert – sehr lecker, frisch und genau richtig für einen entspannten Abend. Andere Gäste loben ebenfalls die große Auswahl, die gut gemixten Cocktails und die angenehme Atmosphäre.
Dazu kommt, dass der Service wirklich überzeugt. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. In mehreren öffentlichen Bewertungen werden die Mitarbeitenden ebenfalls als freundlich, angenehm und aufmerksam beschrieben.
Insgesamt ist das Hook Cocktail Bar für uns eine klare Empfehlung. Wer richtig gute Cocktails, leckere Longdrinks, tollen Sangria und ein schönes Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Avoid this place, not tourist friendly, 8 of us visited the place ,all middle aged and sensible, could only find a table for 6 saw took two spare chair's from a nearby table, apparently this is the most offensive thing you can do as the waiter came and literally pulled them out of our hands and put them back, needless to say we left, 8 persons, food and drink , can only guess how much we would have spent, but they obviously aint bothered
