Stumbling upon this bar was one of the best things that happened on our trip to Mallorca. Gabriel was our cocktail artist and was wonderful with suggesting drinks based on our tastes and also sharing how the classic cocktails had a delicious twist at Coquetier. The foam topping on their version of the Pornstar Martini changed my life and I also had the best mojito here. They carefully pair snacks with all their drinks to elevate what is already top-tier quality drinks. Their spicy margarita and espresso martini were also amazing. This is one of the top cocktail bars I have visited and I try spots around the world. Gabriel’s hospitality and expertise made me wish I lived in Mallorca and could pop into this bar on the regular — highly recommend!

We weren’t sure where to go that night. Most places were either packed with people watching the World Cup or getting ready to close. Thankfully, we stumbled into Coquetier Cocktail Club, where Gabriel immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable.

I had seen photos of their foam-topped cocktails in previous reviews, which is what first caught my attention. They absolutely lived up to the hype. I started with the Porn Martini, topped with a delicious champagne foam, and then tried Gabriel’s version of an Espresso Martini made with Monkey Shoulder whisky. Both were delicious!

I’m also not usually a vermouth fan, but the vermouth here completely changed my mind. Smooth, balanced, and dangerously drinkable! It tasted like juice with just the right amount of sweetness.

Before we left, Gabriel told us Thursdays were taco nights, so of course we had to come back. The tacos from Chilete were incredible and paired perfectly with the cocktails. Wanting to pace myself, I asked for a mocktail, and Gabriel created a refreshing grapefruit mocktail topped with my favorite thing: foam. It was fantastic! We also tried a Paloma and a ginger beer-inspired cocktail, and every single drink felt thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail.

What stood out most wasn’t just the quality of the drinks, it was the hospitality 💗 Gabriel made both visits memorable and genuinely enjoyable.

We already miss Gabriel and Coquetier Cocktail Club and can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Mallorca. Highly recommend!

The best cocktail bar in Palma. Gabriel is such an expert and so knowledgeable about cocktails and was so friendly and welcoming to us all. From his recommendations of other bars/restaurants nearby ,to his incredible cocktails we couldn’t recommend this bar enough. We will be back. Thank you!!!

De los mejores lugares en la isla, la calidad de los tragos es muy buena. En el servicio son súper atentos y el ambiente tranquilo pero lo justo para poder disfrutar un cóctel en compañía de amigos.

Fantastic service and Amazing tasty cocktails. We sat outside and people watched. The bar man was so friendly he explained how our cocktails were made when serving and was also able to make any classic cocktail not on the menu. We were also served nibbles whilst having our drinks. Would definitely recommend
