They went above and beyond. The first place we stopped and Ibiza. Food around the area was closed, but they found a place, brought us a menu, and had it delivered to our table. Drinks were great. We didn’t have cash so they paid for our meal and just charged us by card. Very accommodating! They also called our taxi for us.Highly recommend.

la serveuse, Diana, a frappé mon amie enceinte au ventre... elle a clamé que si elle était enceinte, elle n'avait qu'à pas fumer. Elle s'est énervée car mon amie harenguait des passants pour aider le bar d'à côté. Lorsque nous l'avons confronté, elle nous a demandé de respecter son espace professionnel et d'arrêter de nous croire dans une telenovela... à éviter de toute urgence.

Me and my friend visited this Far last night she’s a resident so she doesn’t like to go to touristic Venues. However this bar was so charming and accommodating the staff were excellent. The drinks were great. The atmosphere was perfect such a place to relax people watch and absorb the atmosphere in Ibiza will definitely be back grave value very good service five stars stars ✨Alex our waiter was fantastic & charming

Amazing staff, very polite and cheerful people, communicative, funny, all in all amazing experience. The waiter went to get us food from another place and got it for us at their bar, went to buy us cigarretes and coctails are absolutely amazing. Huuge recommendation for everyone who like to have a good time with good people :) 🫶🏼

I absolutely had such an amazing time at Paradise Ibiza. The vibe was amazing. The drinks were amazing. The personal touch from Diana sealed it for me. She is an amazing owner who loves to connect with her clientele. I would come back to Ibiza just to visit this establishment again and to see Diana again. 10 out of 10!

The bar owner is on fire and we have been watching him work here and take over the bar and do so well. He excels at his job, just like the lovely lady, who speaks about 8 language, so impressive...the drinks come fast and are quite nice... So enjoy a drink with the view of ibiza Harbour.... We come literally every year.

Drinks were phenomenal. It was a perfect post dinner and pre drink lounge, super comfy and staff kept checking in on us and offering blankets. The first place we stopped at in Ibiza and we’re planning on coming here every day for the rest of our weekend. Terry we love you, thank you for the good vibes and hospitality!!!!!

Wie auch andere sind wir am Montag Abend von der Eigentümerin in die Bar rein gezogen worden, aggressiv aber freundlich. Aber sie hat das grundsätzlich bei allen Leuten die vorbeigehen gemacht… nun ja… bis dahin alles soweit gut. Da wir vorher schon mehrere Cocktails hatten haben wir hier dann ein Martini Blanco auf Eis und ein Espresso Martini zu uns genommen.Da es schon sehr spät war haben wir es dabei belassen und die Rechnung bestellt. Da war jeglicher Spaß zu Ende 27,50€ für ein Martini und ein Espresso Martini. Das war fast das doppelte was wir auf der Insel Ibiza Stadt, Café Del Mar, Hafen Botafog, im Popa Daltvilla, oder Naussau Beach oder Coco Beach, usw, ganz zu Schweigen von unserem Hotel bezahlt haben.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne. Bierpreis(to go da Solomunkonzert im Hafen) wurde vom ungeschultem "Barpersonal" neu berechnet als sie merkten das wir Touristen sind. Bier von dem erstmal die Hälfte vom "Barkeeper" über meine Hand gegossen wurde, im Pappbecher für 10 Euro! Auf freundliche Nachfrage wo dieser Preis zu finden sei wurden wir von einer anderen Dame die dort zu arbeiten scheint angebrüllt das wir die 20 Euro sofort zu zahlen hätten. Ein anderer Angestellter stellte sich uns in den Weg nach draussen als hätten wir etwas verbrochen. Keine EC Kartenzahlung möglich. Unmöglicher bis leider gar kein sozialer Umgang. Grundlos aggressive Stimmung. Ein Glück müssen wir diese Lokalität nie mehr betreten. Menschlich Katastrophe!
