The view is stunning, but unfortunately that’s the only highlight.

The staff are remarkably unfriendly and seem to go out of their way to ignore customers. It almost feels as if they don’t want you to order anything. The waiters appear more interested in scrolling through their phones than taking drink orders, which makes for a very unwelcoming experience.

On top of that, the prices are extremely high, especially considering that the café next door is much more affordable. The coffee itself was good, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. The lack of hospitality and the unfriendly attitude of the staff are the main reasons to avoid it.

Helaas was onze ervaring hier erg teleurstellend. We hebben ontzettend lang moeten wachten op onze drankjes, terwijl het niet eens extreem druk was. Toen de bestelling eindelijk kwam, bleek deze ook nog eens niet te kloppen: we kregen verkeerde drankjes en bovendien ontbraken er een aantal drankjes die we wel hadden besteld. In plaats van dit snel op te lossen, duurde het opnieuw erg lang.

Daarnaast zijn de prijzen veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Wat de ervaring helemaal negatief maakte, was het onvriendelijke personeel. We voelden ons totaal niet welkom en werden meerdere keren volledig genegeerd, ondanks dat medewerkers ons duidelijk zagen. Voor deze prijzen verwacht je op zijn minst een correcte bestelling en goede service. Helaas komen wij hier niet meer terug. Het café ernaast is zeker wel een aanrader, goed personeel/service, CORRECTE prijzen en een leuke sfeer. 1 Ster is hier dus zeker al overdreven!

Endroit absolument super, les jus sont très bons et la limonade aussi. Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique et lent. Il faut lui demander beaucoup de fois l’addition pour qu’elle finisse par venir, la serveuse tire la gueule. Pas accueillant du tout. Les prix sont hyper élevés mais cela a dû à l’emplacement.

My friends and I visited this place after a long walk up the hill. We settled because of the convenience of the location. We wish we didn’t as the staff were extremely hostile and rude. We had no idea what we had done other than obviously being tourists. We are all fluent Spanish speakers and were able to communicate efficiently but our efforts were wasted on the bad attitude of the staff. We made several attempts to order drinks and each time they gave us direct eye contact and decided to ignore us. Coffee was weak and tasted bad and unauthentic. Orange juice did not taste fresh and was very watery. Prices are extortionate - tourist trap without even being welcoming. Never again! Avoid and keep walking to the lovely welcoming bars further down the street.
