Hi, just to clarify what happened: it was clear that you were with the same group that tried to enter all the bathrooms (men's, women's, and accessible) without asking or notifying the staff. On top of that, none of you intended to make a purchase at the venue. We understand that sometimes there are urgent needs, but there are respectful ways to act toward the space and toward others. This kind of behavior is not appropriate and impacts those who are using the place properly.

We understand that urgent situations can happen, but in this case, you were a group of 20 women attempting to access all the facilities at once — including the restroom reserved for people with reduced mobility — without respecting the proper use of our premises.

Our staff acted respectfully when asking you to leave, as the situation was disrupting both the service and the comfort of our other customers.

As in any other establishment, the use of the facilities is intended for those who choose to visit us as customers.

We appreciate your understanding and are always open to dialogue in order to improve, but we must also maintain some basic rules of coexistence
