It’s an excellent spot for breakfast. We visited once in July and again today, and both times the food and service were great. The scrambled eggs are especially delicious.

Ein absolutes Highlight! „The View“ macht seinem Namen alle Ehre – die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach traumhaft. Aber nicht nur das: Auch kulinarisch ist es hier ein echter Genuss. Egal ob ein kleiner Snack wie ein frisch belegtes Baguette, eine herrliche Paella oder ein süßer Abschluss mit Crêpes – alles, was wir probiert haben, war durchweg lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Besonders begeistert haben mich auch die Getränke: Smoothies, Limonaden oder der Eistee – erfrischend, aromatisch und wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Für ein Restaurant, das so klein und unscheinbar wirkt, ist „The View“ mehr als nur ein Geheimtipp.

Die Preise sind absolut fair, fast schon günstig, wenn man die Qualität und den tollen Service berücksichtigt. Für mich ein Ort, den man unbedingt besuchen sollte – ich komme ganz sicher wieder! 👏

What a shame. I seen the great reviews for this place which usually means a place will be good. It started off well, getting a couple of drinks and the Potatas Bravas. All went downhill fast though. When I ordered my Mixed Paella, I asked the waiter if it had seafood in and he said no, chicken and pork. When it arrived it had shrimp and other seafood in. I politely said that’s not what I wanted as I don’t like seafood. He just walked away and left it at my table. My partner had crepes which were decent enough. About 5 minutes later after being ignored, I picked the dish up and returned it to the counter myself. 10 minutes later the waitress came and asked if wanted to have a paella with just chicken and pork. I agreed. It took like 20 minutes to make, and when it came out, I think it was just the same dish I had but with the seafood removed as it still tasted fishy. The pork was hard and pretty much all fat. Left most of it. I did say to the waitress about it but she just smiled. The bill came delivered by the cute child (I imagine as a diversion tactic) and I thought as a good will gesture the cost of the paella would be taken off. Nope. €42.20 for the worst lunch experience of my life. We were there an hour and a half. Terrible service, terrible paella. Nice view though…

Buenas tardes, primeramente me parece de pésimo gusto este tipo de reseñas con mentiras y sin pruebas de las cosas. El chico le explicó que la paella mixta era lo mismo que la paella de marisco y que también llevaba carne en este caso cerdo y pollo. Hay muchos tipos de paella, pero en este caso hablamos de la paella mixta que lleva marisco y carne. Lo puede buscar en Google y salen muchas fotos. El chico le dejó la paella y usted le habló en alemán. Cosa que me parece mal frente a alguien que no habla ese idioma. Y él le preguntó si era alérgico a lo cual respondió que no. Y se quedó la paella disgustado.
El chico vino a decirme lo que y yo pregunté si le había avisado lo que llevaba y él contestó que sí. Hablé con la cocinera de lo que había pasado y ella sugirió que le hiciéramos otra paella solo con carne. Le fui a preguntar si quería otra paella y dijo que sí. Por eso tardamos 20 minutos como dice usted y no porque le quitamos el marisco a la otra paella. Y cuando le llevamos la segunda paella se la comió y de hecho me pidieron otro smoothie. Y cuando le lleve el smoothie que me lo cambiaron para llevar me comentó lo de la carne pero ya se comió la paella no sabía qué decirle por eso sonreí. Y creo que es la primera vez que alguien se queja de la carne de la paella. Entendemos que no podemos complacer ni agradar a todo el mundo y nosotros sabemos lo que valemos Como negocio. Pero tampoco aceptamos que quieran manchar nuestra imagen con mentiras. Tengo fotos de las dos paellas para demostrar que nosotros no hacemos eso de quitar el marisco y sacar otra vez la misma paella. No nos vamos a hacer ricos por 11€ que cuesta la paella mixta. Aparte tenemos cámaras de seguridad para evitar este tipo de situaciones.
