No soy de comentar cosas negativas de un sitio pero es que lo que ocurrió este lunes sobre las 20h en este sitio no tiene nombre.
Pedimos un Bloody Mary, una piña colada y un Pizco. Este último estaba bien. La piña colada sin sabor a piña y solo sabía a nata. Un sinsentido.
Lo peor vino con el bloody Mary, llegó súper líquido, el zumo de tomate aguado, con una cantidad de picante extrema, diré que tengo un máster en ellos, e imposible de beber. Al decírselo a la camarera del Mercado, un encanto de chica, nos dijo que nos lo cambiaba que no había problema.
El problema vino cuando la chica de la coctelería fue la que nos trajo a la mesa el “nuevo cóctel”, con altanería y más chula que nadie nos dijo literalmente “esta es nuestra receta y si no te gusta es que no te gusta el Bloody Mary”. En la imagen dejo constancia de como llegó el “nuevo cóctel”, en el mismo vaso lo vaciaron, tiraron la mitad de lo que había y le pusieron agua. Un asco absoluto. Estábamos de vacaciones y en vez de pedirle la hoja de reclamaciones, pagamos y nos fuimos. Bueno, les escribí la receta en la servilleta de cómo se hace un Bloody Mary porque algo que sí sé es hacerlos y bebérmelos.
Si no sabes hacer tu trabajo dedícate a otra cosa.
A la camarera del Mercado le doy 5 estrellas.

We’re a couple who specialize in cocktails — we travel from city to city, staying for about a month in each place, trying as many cocktail bars as we can. Before we leave, we always post a review of the standout spots… or the ones that disappointed. Sadly, this one falls into the second category.

Both of their locations have the same core issue: surface-level flash, zero real soul. The drinks look good on social media, but they don’t live up to the price or the presentation. And behind the bar? A revolving door. Staff come and go so fast, it’s honestly hard to keep track of who’s working.

Puesto 7, in particular, is rough — understaffed constantly, and the tension is obvious. You can feel that no one’s supported here. The environment is clearly draining.

There is one guy — wears glasses, actually makes decent drinks, friendly — but it’s hard to take him seriously when he’s constantly brown-nosing the owner. It’s a weird dynamic that spills into the customer experience. He trauma-dumps way too much and turns a simple drink order into something awkward.

We’ve seen this kind of setup before — an owner more concerned with image than quality, and it always ends the same way: good staff leave, vibes go stale, and the drinks stop evolving.

The only consistent thing? The glasses. Cute, sure. But you can’t drink glassware.

Nice bar in Old Town market. Good service and nice selection of alcohol. Moritz beer very nice. The Sangria really well made and quality ingredients. Recommend the Cava Sangria.
