Thank you Stephen, the lady outside offered you 1 shot with 1 drink, not 5 shots with a Bucket of Alhambra beers offer! For a €10 bucket of Alhambra deal you wanted 8 shots. As my staff explained clearly to you, as per the footage, the Alhambra bucket deal is not ‘1 drink’. My staff are not in the custom of calling security however when you became irate, it was warranted. We are not a club, we are a bar. I have checked all the cameras and stand by my staff’s and security’s response. As for the music, it’s the whole terrace’s music not just ours! Enjoy your holiday! If you think you were being SCAMMED for expecting 8 shots for a €10 Alhambra Bucket Offer, then I am baffled to say the least!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for including a photo of your Pina Colada — it actually helped us identify your group on our CCTV, which allowed us to review your visit in detail.



Your group of four arrived at 00:57, coming from the direction of our neighbouring venue. Contrary to your impression, the bar was not empty at that time, so the idea that your experience was shaped by a sense of “something being wrong” appears to be a misunderstanding.



You stayed for approximately 40 minutes and ordered three drinks. While that’s entirely your choice, it’s helpful context when evaluating your overall experience.



Regarding your comments on communication: two members of our team speak fluent Spanish, and between them, we can also offer assistance in English, Swedish, German, and French. If you had difficulties, we’d have been more than happy to assist in any of those languages. Which would have worked best for you?
