Very disappointing experience. We came twice hoping to get a table outside. Everything was full, which is understandable, but the staff were rude and unfriendly from the start. We went inside to order something, but instead of being welcomed, we were told in an arrogant manner that we were not welcome.

The service was terrible, and we weren’t even able to place an order. The owner came across as pretentious and dismissive. If you expect basic courtesy and respect, I would recommend avoiding this place. They would destroy your mood!

First of all, if you are the owner, you could have stood up, come over, and greeted us as well. We were standing there for quite some time, and instead of paying attention to potential customers, you seemed more interested in watching TV than welcoming guests.

Second, my friend did greet the bartender and asked him about one of the cocktails. We did not walk in without speaking to anyone, as you claim.

Third, if using the restroom is a paid service or only available under certain conditions, then simply put up a sign and make the policy clear. Many establishments do exactly that. Expecting people to guess your rules is not good customer service.

What surprised me most is that when you approached us, you did not introduce yourself as the owner. You were not wearing any uniform, badge, or anything that would indicate your role. From our perspective, you appeared to be just another person sitting and watching TV.

After my friend had already spoken with the bartender and asked about a cocktail, you approached us in a rude and confrontational manner. Since you had not identified yourself as the owner, it felt less like a staff member assisting customers and more like a random guest who was in a bad mood and had decided to pick an argument with us.

We were in the middle of speaking with the bartender and were not even given the opportunity to place an order before being confronted. At no point did you allow the conversation to continue naturally or give us a chance to become customers.

In any case, your response only confirms the experience described in my review.

Bonjour, je tiens à rectifier votre message à aucun moment, vous n’avez voulu prendre une table, vous êtes simplement rentrées dans l’établissement afin d’ utiliser les toilettes comme si nous étions simplement des toilettes publiques tout cela sans même prendre la peine de saluer le personnel ni de demander la permission alors que vous n’aviez même pas consommé. Lorsque la remarque vous a été faite, vous vous êtes offusqué et avait manqué de respect, tout en faisant semblant de ne pas comprendre de plus, vous mentionnez le fait que cela fait deux fois que vous venez ici. Or, c’est la première fois que nous vous voyons, et lors de votre passage, une table en terrasse était libre. Tous nos clients sont traités avec politesse et respect afin de répondre au mieux à leurs attentes. Nous attendons simplement que la politesse soit réciproque, il aurait simplement suffit que vous disiez bonjour et que vous demandiez l’autorisation et nous vous aurions laissé l’accès aux toilettes sans aucun souci.
