Stopped in here for an early dinner. Service was friendly and efficient, great view and food was brilliant. Fillet steak served on a hot skillet, definitely recommended.

Die Nudelgerichte sind wirklich lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher als in den anderen Restaurants der Umgebung, aber im Vergleich zu den Preisen in der Heimat immer noch günstig. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant!

Het meisje dat ons heeft bediend, is heel attentief en doet goed haar werk. Mijn complimenten.

We are very disappointed because this wasn’t our first visit. We have been to this restaurant twice before and always had a great experience. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and on our last visit we had the Caesar salad and the Spaghetti Carbonara, both of which were absolutely delicious. We were also served by a gentleman and a young waitress who were both very friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different, and this is the reason for the one-star review.

Today we arrived at 10:20 PM. An older waitress welcomed us and gave us the menus. About five minutes later, after we had decided what we wanted to order, she informed us that the kitchen was already closed.

I asked what time the kitchen usually closes so we would know for the next few days while we’re still in Tenerife. Instead of answering, she looked at her watch to check the time and then said, “Around 10:15 PM.” That reaction felt quite strange, and unfortunately she was not friendly throughout the interaction.

We accepted the situation and decided to have dinner somewhere else.

This review is not about the restaurant itself, because we genuinely like the food and the place. It is about this particular staff member, who, in our opinion, handled the situation poorly from start to finish and completely changed what had always been a very positive experience for us.

What an awesome find, it’s our last night & wanted something special, definitely not disappointed, from the minute we spoke to the guy in front of the restaurant to the very end, service was excellent, food exceptional, cooking the steak on the hot plate, amazing & very very good portion size, even my picky teenage kids said it was amazing too 👍

Terrible nachos! It’s literally like someone punched all of the nachos and threw them in a bowl, massive portion but unable to eat and was bland

"Esperienza pessima. Al momento del conto mi è stato detto che il POS non funzionava e sono stato mandato a prelevare contanti. Per poter pagare ho dovuto utilizzare un ATM che mi ha addebitato ben 8 € di commissioni. Quando sono tornato e ho fatto presente al personale che avevo appena speso 8 € solo per poter pagare il conto, improvvisamente è comparso un POS perfettamente funzionante. Ognuno tragga le proprie conclusioni.

Beaucoup trop long et les boissons trop petites + prix extrêmement excessifs par rapport aux quantités. Le service est bien mais on a mit + de 40 min pour recevoir nos plats.
