Went with family when on holiday and we couldn’t have found a better place!
Everybody enjoyed the food and the drinks were served with a smile from the nice staff, the toilets were nice and clean and the feeling of the bar was comforting, couldn’t be happier!
will be back!

I am shocked by the lack of humanity shown at this restaurant. A young waitress refused to let my 4-year-old child use the restroom, explaining that her boss does not allow non-customers to use it.

We were tourists on holiday, and this situation was distressing and completely unnecessary. Denying a small child access to a toilet is not just poor service, it’s unkind. I would never bring my family here and cannot recommend this place to anyone with children.

Trafiliśmy tutaj w Boże Narodzenie. Dużo Brytyjczyków co robiło świetny klimat. Bawili się wspaniale co wpływało na resztę osób w knajpie. Wyglądało to jakby wszytych się znali. Miło było popatrzeć.
Jedzonko smaczne.

Pedí comida para llevar, y para mi sorpresa me comí la mejor cheeseburguer que he probado en muchísimo tiempo, casi no me la acabo de lo grande!
Especial mención a la cocinera por cocinar tan bien y al camarero Jamie que me atendió, chico muy guapo y amable.
Sin duda si estás en los gigantes y quieres comer muy bien y tomarte una buena bebida refrescante… The Thistle bar es tu lugar!
Repetiremos!!

Negative experience. We waited an extremely long time for the coffee we ordered. At first, we chose items from the menu, but we were told they were not available. We then ordered something else and still had to wait far too long, without any explanation or apology. In the end, we had to stand up and leave without being served. Poor organization and very disappointing service. Do not recommend.

We went to The Thistle on a few occasions during our holiday for drinks. The place was spotlessly clean and the drinks were generous. Some of the staff were friendly but not all. All the staff that we were served by on different evenings were unobservant and several tables had to wait quite a long time for a drink. One table of 4 cleared the table themselves and put the glasses on the bar and still weren’t served as the member of staff was chatting. Most of the staff seemed to chat to their regulars for quite a while whilst ignoring other customers, it’s not good business!
