What a beautiful and unique restaurant in the La Manga Club. The food is delicious and totally authentic. the Gimlet was one of the best i’ve tried and the service was on point. very friendly and lovely ambiance. totally recommend

A stand-out restaurant in the La Manga Club area, the best cooking of our visit. Balkan cooking, so some Greek and Mediterranean favourites, but some other less familiar inclusions on the menu too. A very well-curated wine list from Bulgaria and Spain (Try the Bulgarian whites by the glass). I recommend the pitta with dips, moussaka and lamb shoulder in particular. Extra impressive considering it was a team of one in the kitchen and one server.

Superb meal. Every dish was delicious, service was warm and attentive and felt like great value. The halloumi, moussaka and lamb were standouts. Wine was thoughtfully selected. The best meal we had on resort by far.

My wife and I have been going to Gimlet every year that we visit family at La Manga Club as our child-free date night and we are never disappointed. The location can take people by surprise, tucked away and down some stairs from the main plaza in Bellaluz but that should not put anyone off.
The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is friendly, inviting and warm (no pun intended).
