En la noche de hoy, estaba con una amiga tomando una copa en el bar cuando vi un coche estacionado frente al establecimiento y comencé a tomar algunas fotografías. En ese momento, un empleado del bar salió y, en voz alta, delante de todos los clientes, me gritó diciendo que no podía tomar fotos. La forma en que fui tratada me causó una enorme vergüenza y una gran humillación.

Cuando regresamos al bar, le pregunté educadamente por qué no podía tomar fotografías. El empleado respondió que se trataba de un coche muy caro. Entonces le pregunté si él era el propietario del vehículo y me respondió que no, que el dueño se encontraba en el hotel de enfrente.

Me sorprendió su respuesta y le dije que no entendía por qué me estaba reprendiendo de una manera tan agresiva si ni siquiera era el propietario del coche. En ese momento, se enfadó aún más y nos pidió a mi amiga y a mí que abandonáramos el bar, nuevamente delante de todos los presentes, haciéndonos pasar por otra situación extremadamente humillante y vergonzosa.

El trato que recibí fue irrespetuoso y completamente incompatible con el servicio que se espera de un establecimiento. En ningún momento falté al respeto a nadie ni tuve un comportamiento inapropiado que justificara la forma en que fui expuesta públicamente.

Dada la gravedad de lo ocurrido, les informo que denunciaré este incidente ante las autoridades competentes y ejerceré las acciones legales correspondientes para que se determinen las responsabilidades por los daños morales y la humillación pública que sufrí. Asimismo, haré pública esta situación para alertar a otras personas sobre la forma en que fui tratada.

Espero que el establecimiento investigue lo sucedido y adopte las medidas oportunas.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

My partner, his friend and I, all in our early/mid 20s, stopped by for one drink after dinner before heading home. We were completely sober, minding our own business, and had barely reached the entrance before the bouncer physically pushed my partner and refused us entry.

Naturally, we asked why. The answer? We were apparently “too old.”

Too old. In our 20s. On a dead Sunday night. At a half-empty bar 😂😭

I genuinely had to laugh because it was such a ridiculous thing to hear. There wasn’t a queue. There wasn’t a capacity issue. There wasn’t any atmosphere to protect. The place was practically begging for customers.

What’s particularly amusing is that we’ve actually been here before on previous trips to Puerto Banús. Apparently sometime between last year and this year we’ve aged beyond the venue’s target demographic and entered our retirement era.

Meanwhile, groups of barely-legal (if at all legal) girls were being waved straight in and offered free shots without hesitation. Draw your own conclusions.

The irony is that this place seems to think it’s far more exclusive than it actually is. In reality, it’s surrounded by much nicer, classier venues with better staff, better service and far less attitude. We just like the music compared to other places. Walking around Puerto Banús, it’s honestly difficult to understand where this level of arrogance comes from.

The entire experience felt shallow, tacky and embarrassingly image-obsessed. I wouldn’t say we look clapped by any means (not that that’s an excuse to refuse entry but we know that “pretty privilege” is a thing). We dressed up for our dinner beforehand. If your business model relies on turning away perfectly normal paying customers from a nearly empty venue because they don’t fit whatever aesthetic you’re chasing that week, then perhaps the problem isn’t the customers.

Being told you’re “too old” to enter a dead bar in your 20s is not the flex this venue seems to think it is. It was one of the most bizarre and laughable customer experiences I’ve had in years.

Thankfully Puerto Banús has no shortage of places that actually want your money. We went to Vudu next door and spent upwards of €1000 there in 1 hour because of the amazing service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This is a very UK like place with a lot of Brits. The drinks are not so expensive so it is nice to have a drink.

Me habían contado que había nuevo cocinero en sunset, fui a ver que tal trabajaba pedí una smash, quedé gratamente sorprendido, la carne rica y la combinación muy acertada. Volveré sin duda para probar los demás platos que ofrecen.
Aproveché para sentarme en la terraza a tomarme algo, le pedí un cóctel ( whiskey sour ) a Alex la chica que estaba en la barra y estaba perfectamente balanceado, he probado muchos whiskey sours y por ahora este es de mis favoritos, volveré lo más pronto posible.
Muy buena mejora del staff.

We had asked for a table for the Realais Paris Banus restaurant for NewYear, there was no table left and the manager or owner of the restaurant did something wonderful, relocating to Sunset Banus and having the cook serve us the same food of the restaurant, which was spectacular for the economic that turned out everything. They gave us details too. The place is great, has pool tables and high quality cocktails. Last but not least, the service, the waiter who attended us, the bartender who unfortunately forgot their names, treated us as if we were their friends or family on such a special day. Next year we will come back here without hesitation. Thanks!!!

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich meiner Erfahrung nach nicht nachvollziehen. Waren Abends immer dort. Musik war Top, so wie auch der Service und Security , sehr offen und gut gelaunt. Hat spaß gemacht.
