OUT.STAND.ING. This is a gem of a place. The food was sensational- fresh, full of flavour and plated beautifully. A special shoutout to server Tagor, who explained the menu and was a delight to be around. I didn't catch the names of the other staff but they also great. 5 stars.

Absolutely loved this place - the best food we've ever had on the island. Super fresh ingredients imaginatively and lovingly put together; we could have eaten everything on the menu. The swordfish carpaccio with mint, apple and wasabi was absolutely outstanding - we almost licked the plate. The only dish I would have changed was the roasted pear, walnut and blue cheese as it was so rich that one pear would have been better than two. Cocktails were also delicious.
Definitely book, the place is tiny and I've never seen so many walk-ins turned away in such a short time. They're closed on Saturdays and Sundays to allow the staff proper work-life balance which shows how popular it is.

Absolutely divine food + service. We had clams, duck tacos, and swordfish carpaccio. Every single dish was sublime and accompanied by a delicious cocktail and coffee each. We finished with a shared brownie. Can't wait to come back another time!

Découverte dans un endroit pour le moins touristique, et bonne surprise.
Les tapas sont recherchés, équilibrés entre saveur des aliments à travers un respect de la cuisson et des textures, un attachement à la confection et la présentation. Aussi beau, que bon.
Je dois dire, que nous avons été surpris.
Bravo et merci à l'équipe pour cet accueil et ce beau moment culinaire sur Lanzarote.

Fabulous restaurant! This is a great place, amazing views, very friendly and informative service, delicious food and superb cocktails to finish. It’s only a small place so best to book but please don’t as we want to be able to get in next time we visit! Enjoy!

Une merveilleuse découverte. Un établissement tout simplement doué dans ce qu’il fait. Commençons par l’essentiel : une carte de cocktails variée et surtout excellente, avec des dosages justes et un équilibre absolument sublime. Un grand merci à la barmaid de ce soir.
Le service est tout aussi remarquable : un serveur présent comme il faut, sans jamais faire attendre, avec beaucoup de talent et d’attention. La terrasse est cosy et agréable, nous n’avons pas eu froid, un vrai plus.
Et que dire de la cuisine… quel talent ! Des goûts et des saveurs bien présents, des portions généreuses, gourmandes et parfaitement exécutées. Les saveurs sont percutantes et maîtrisées. Merci à l’équipe de cuisine pour ce très beau moment.
Une soirée tout simplement magique.
Nous repartons demain, avec le regret de ne pas avoir découvert cet établissement plus tôt.

We went to the Oasis a few times for a drink and, as we liked the look of the food, we decided to eat there one evening. I'm so pleased we did as the food is a cut above many of the other restaurants in the area. The staff are very friendly and attentive and there are great views on the terrace. Please don't hesitate to go to the Oasis for a drink or meal.

5 Star experience, in each and every way

Booked a few week's in advance for my wife's birthday, and came there earlier today first time ever. We're greeted very warmly and given exceptional cocktails, and food. The service was great too. Spent 2.5 hours there, mostly enjoying each other, celebrating, and watching the sunset. Thank you!

Visited here on the back of other good reviews and glad we did. We were well looked after and had the cocktail menu and food menu explained to us. The cocktails were lovely as was the food. I thought it was a nice touch that we were discouraged from ordering too much. A very pleasant way to spend a cloudy afternoon and happy birthday to our waiter who I think was the owner, working on his birthday! X
