La verdad que lamentablemente tengo que poner 2 estrellas por el ambiente que crearon unos clientes y el personal no hizo nada al respeto ! Fuimos a tomar unos cócteles y fumar un hookah con mi mujer y fui justo a ese cóctel bar por que tenía buenas reseñas ! Y de vecinos tenía unas chicas que parecían adolescentes que tomaban cócteles fumaban y gritaban en fin tenían a dos hermanos que eran niños literalmente de unos 10-12 años jugando una pelota de fútbol delante mía me pareció una situación surrealista que habrán niños que jueguen pelota y el personal no diga absolutamente nada! Alfinal casi me tiran la hookah con la pelota encima mía que me podría haber quemado ! Y una de las chicas también a pedido un hookah y cogía el carbón con pinceles y soplaba hacia mi lado luego los 4 se pusieron a jugar pelota detrás de nuestros asientos en un cóctel bar 🫪era insoportable quedarme la verdad me sabe mal poner esta evaluación pero no puedo de otra forma ya que es mi deber decir como me sentí en este local ! Y tuvimos que levantarnos y irnos dejando todo a medias !

It is the kind of place where you can truly slow down, enjoy the moment, and remember why dining out should be an experience, not just a meal.

The food is exceptional. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. You can feel the care and pride behind every plate. Sitting down to enjoy food of this quality really does feel like a blessing, especially when you take a moment to reflect on how fortunate we are to be able to enjoy warmth, comfort, and a great meal in such a setting.

The service deserves special recognition. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and professional, but a huge shout-out to Suco, our waiter, who truly elevated the experience. Suco was outstanding—warm, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made us feel welcome from the first interaction and ensured everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. Service like his turns a great meal into an unforgettable one.

What makes Alaia Tortuga stand out is the overall feeling it gives you. There is a sense of gratitude in the experience—gratitude for good food, good service, and the simple privilege of being able to enjoy it. When you leave, you appreciate the moment even more.

Super schöne Location, wir waren mehrmals während unseres Urlaubs dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Musik angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder auf Fuerteventura sind. :)

We visited Fuerteventura for the first time and decided to try this lounge bar—and we were blown away! Edgar and his team are truly the best barmen we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was perfect, and every drink was made with real skill and attention.

Highly recommend this place if you’re in Fuerteventura—it was a fantastic first experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Sehr schöne Bar an der Promenade von Morro Jable mit Blick auf den Leuchtturm und das Meer.
Die Stimmung ist top und die Bar zum Abend immer sehr gut besucht.
Auch die Musik untermalt den Urlaubsflair perfekt!
Edgars und David an der Bar haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und machen einen Top Job!
Ein Besuch der sich lohnt. Wir kommen immer wieder hier her!

Die Bar ist super schön! Sie bietet einen direkt Blick auf den Strand und auf den Leuchtturm.
Der Service ist super, besonders Edgars und David sind super freundlich und lieb. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht!!

Ein Besuch der sich definitiv lohnt! :)
