The most intimate yet fun dining experience. It’s hard to know what to call it really but it truly is an experience- like being sat in a laboratory with a genius professor that comes up with new combinations and tastes on the fly. I have a number of strict dietary restrictions and yet none of it was an issue. We had the set 7 course menu and I think that added to the fun over ordering off a many sheet as it allowed the chef to work his magic alongside our preferences. It was relaxed, fascinating, and beyond delicious and not in a normal way. Can’t recommend enough.

Incredible coffee - the best we’ve found on the island and make with such care. The bagels were also incredible. We loved sitting at the bar and watching the owner making incredible cocktails. Very cool atmosphere. So pleased we stumbled across this gem of a place.

Unique experience à Ibiza ! Le menu est super recherché, la qualité des ingrédients est hors du commun. Ça paye pas de mine vu de l'extérieur mais quand on rentre dedans c'est vraiment un endroit superbe et cosy.
Top 3 des restaurants à Ibiza, les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité et le travail fourni.

Amazing flavors, Jorge is a wonderful host and what he and his wife have created in Ibiza is very special. We'd heard a lot about Overall and are so glad we finally went - highly recommend. We made a reservation but you can also walk in - the hand rolls (a new menu addition) are delicious.

Make sure to get the bread and butter so you can try the amazing bagels!

As well give their cocktails a try to experience what they distilled in the restaurant.

We got to enjoy local fish, fruits, liquor, homemade bagels, butter and lots of unique flavors

Overall is a food and drink laboratory whose extraordinary, innovative drink and food flavours are perfectly complemented by the hosts own music, an uber relaxed atmosphere and warm ambience. Everything is a highlight but for me, the cocktails, chocolate with caviar and Wagyu were the stars.

Overall will be the 2025 breakout star of Ibiza cuisine.
