I recently visited Chi Kee Wun with my mum, and we had such an amazing time. The food was absolutely incredible, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was something special, and the live performance was unreal — it really made the whole experience unforgettable. The staff couldn’t do enough for us; everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. We felt so well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ibiza… we’ll definitely be back!

The service was absolutely horrendous. There were five of us, and we ordered both starters and main courses. Only one starter and two mains were brought out, and then the rest of our food was simply forgotten about. We had to keep trying to get the staff’s attention, but the service was slow. By the time the missing meals were mentioned, the rest of the table had either finished eating or their food was going cold. It completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend eating here

Theres a reason their instagram focuses largely on attractive people and cocktails. The food is honestly below average and the service just bad.
No one told us that the starters and mains would be brought out at the same time so everything arrived together, meaning dishes were left sitting and were cold by the time we got to them.
There was a puddle of water underneath our seats despite the rest of the place being bone dry.
Not a single member of staff checked on our table to ask whether everything was okay until we were literally finished eating, so first time anyone approached us was to try to clear our plates. Because all of the food was brought out at once we had to battle off dozens of flies throughout the whole meal. We felt rushed throughout the experience, including being pushed to order drinks before we'd even had a chance to settle.
I was refused a copy of the itemised receipt, which is completely unacceptable.
The restaurant wasn't busy, yet several members of staff were standing around the bar while the level of service remained poor. The Black Bean Chicken was disappointing. The chicken was soft but the dish barely tasted of black bean at all. the ribs were extremely bland, chewey and dry.
The crispy Chilli Beef was not spicy or crispy at all. Ironically, it tasted more like black bean than the actual Black Bean Chicken. Overall, both the food and the service were well below the standard we expected. The meal felt poorly organised, the staff were inattentive, and the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. For the price against quality it truly rates as one of the lowest Chinese meals of my life. Dont get me wrong, we ate a fair amount of it. We were paying for it and certainly couldn't get a waiters attention to raise any immediate concerns (other tables with girls take priority here).
Our table also had a massive speaker behind us making it difficult to converse.
The prawn crackers and cocktails were nice.

Beautiful place reservations needed great table service but very very expensive for a Chinese meal paid for soup ,sweet and sour chicken fried rice and one beer which cost €79EURO and still hungry after. Got a shoulder massage after meal nice touch gave 10 euro was nice
