Location molto bella e vista spettacolare, ma purtroppo non basta. Il cibo è nella media e l’accesso al mare è piuttosto scomodo e scivoloso.

La nota più negativa riguarda la gestione: il giorno successivo ci hanno contattati dicendo che, per un loro errore, avevano fatto pagare un solo ombrellone anziché due e che avrebbero addebitato la differenza sulla carta quando loro stessi sulla mail avevano indicato il prezzo per i due ombrelloni.
Trovo assurdo che un cliente debba farsi carico di un errore del personale. Un’attività seria dovrebbe assumersi la responsabilità dei propri sbagli e non chiamare il giorno dopo chiedendo il pagamento.

Esperienza che mi ha lasciato davvero delusa, non consiglio questo posto.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my last day in Mallorca.

I spent the day on a front-row sunbed, going back and forth between the pool and the sea, all while sipping on the most amazing cocktails (and yes, the Porn Star Martini is a must!). The setting is absolutely stunning, but what really makes Gran Folies so special is the people.

Every single member of staff made me feel so welcome, and the attention to detail was just incredible. A special thank you to Halet for the amazing cocktail recommendations and for making the whole experience even more special.

In the evening, I came back for dinner with my little Pomeranian, Sushi. We had a front-row table looking out over the sea, and the team surprised us with the sweetest handwritten welcome note for Sushi, complete with a little dog drawing. It was such a thoughtful touch and honestly melted my heart.😍

The food was amazing, I had steak and it was cooked to perfection… the music was perfect, and watching the sunset over the Mediterranean made it such an unforgettable evening.

Gran Folies isn’t just a beach club .. it’s an experience. It’s one of those rare places where everything just comes together perfectly: the location, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, and most of all, the incredible hospitality.

Thank you to the team for giving me the perfect ending to such an unforgettable trip to Mallorca. I’ll definitely be back.😊✨🥂

Accueil pas du tout chaleureux, si on est pas habillé classe et non pas en mode plage, personne ne s'occupe de nous... attendu presque 40 min à table même pas de carafe d'eau de servie.... la table de derrière nous, arrivée après nous servi avant nous. Prix injustifié pour qualité minimale. Point de vue exceptionnel mais c'est tout !
