Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and dismissive, and when we politely asked if we could move to another table, we were simply told no without any effort to help. The food is overpriced for what you get, and the service was incredibly slow. I wouldn’t come back.

We had an amazing time here the staff were lovely the service was quick even tho it was very busy and the food and drinks were amazing would recommend to anyone who wants good food and a lovely view of the docks.

Lovely spot enjoyed a few drinks with my wife and two kids. Sat and enjoyed the views with a drink. Unable to get ice cream unsure why but no problem. Walking back to the port after our drinks and seen the ice cream for sale with the boards out, went to get one and met with an abrupt waiter. “Service at the tables”, this wasn’t available as we told her, she got her back up. Don’t advertise products if there not available and be polite

Fuimos a por un helado y acabó siendo una tarde de diez. La persona que nos atendió en la heladería fue encantadora: siempre con una sonrisa, muy atenta y acertó de lleno con sus recomendaciones. Si vais, no dejéis de probar el helado de mango y yogur, porque está buenísimo.
Después nos quedamos en la zona chill out y un camarero muy amable nos acomodó en una mesa. Lo mejor fue que, cuando se quedó libre la primera línea, vino él mismo a ofrecernos cambiarnos para disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Son esos pequeños detalles los que marcan la diferencia. Un trato excelente y un sitio al que volveremos sin duda ya que nos queda pendiente probar los nachos.

Great sea-view seating in a very well-staffed location. Just be sure to make a reservation forehand during peak season/weekends. Pricing is according to all other locations. They serve a 1-portion Paella so that's a first since not everyone enjoys seafood. Will most definitely recommend this place.

Located on the seafront.

The restaurant is located next to a cocktail bar, so if you just want to enjoy the atmosphere, having cocktails is perfect.

We arrived at 21:00 and got a very nice table and good service from three different waiters. They were attentive and polite.

We ordered bread, and aioli with olives. We also had the sea bass and pasta frutti di mare. The portion sizes were good and the food was of high quality.

This restaurant gave me the best experience of all the ones we visited during a two-week stay in the area.

Celebramos nuestra boda íntima y familiar en el restaurante Aqua y no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor. Desde el primer momento, Juan Carlos hizo que todo fuera facilísimo. Estuvo pendiente de cada detalle, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a adaptarse a todo lo que necesitábamos, transmitiéndonos muchísima tranquilidad durante toda la organización.

El restaurante es simplemente espectacular. Su ubicación en el puerto de Alcudia, las impresionantes vistas al mar y la increíble puesta de sol crean un ambiente mágico, difícil de describir con palabras. No podíamos imaginar un escenario más bonito para celebrar uno de los días más importantes de nuestra vida.

Todo estaba precioso y la atención de todo el equipo fue impecable. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa tanto a nosotros como a nuestros invitados. La comida estuvo deliciosa, el servicio fue excepcional y la profesionalidad, cercanía y cariño con el que trabajan hicieron que todo saliera perfecto y que pudiéramos disfrutar de nuestro gran día sin preocuparnos absolutamente de nada.

Sin duda, recomendaríamos Aqua a cualquiera que busque un lugar único para celebrar un momento especial o simplemente disfrutar de una experiencia maravillosa. Nosotros nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso para siempre y estaremos eternamente agradecidos. ¡Mil gracias a todo el equipo!
