I was searching all of Palma for an authentic and spectacular Paella, and that’s exactly what I got at El Neo. Incredible food, delicious Rioja, and 10/10 service - from Gabriel, Claudio and Vicu especially (loveliest people ever). I had a very special and memorable experience. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Palma!

We chose to visit Neo Cultural for dinner on what turned out to be a bustling and vibrant night. Despite the crowd, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The waiters were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, deeply attentive, remarkably patient with our questions, and genuinely kind throughout the entire evening.

The moment you step inside, the atmosphere is captivating. The decor is truly majestic, blending elegant design elements that create a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered to enhance the dining experience.

Now, onto the food, which was an absolute delight from start to finish. The pizza arrived with a perfectly charred, thin crust that tasted wonderfully fresh and lovingly prepared. Our steak was cooked exactly to our request for well-done, achieving a difficult balance of being thoroughly cooked yet still juicy and full of flavour, a true testament to the skill of the kitchen. We rounded off our meal with a dessert that was equally lovely, providing a sweet and satisfying conclusion.

Our only regret is that we were too full to sample their cocktail menu, which we heard great things about from neighbouring tables. It simply gives us a perfect excuse to return!

Without a doubt, Neo Cultural is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered. We wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable meal accompanied by impeccable service and a stunning setting.

Incredible restaurant! The loveliest, friendliest staff which really made all the difference. Vicu, especially, was the sweetest waitress and the gentlemen made us feel really welcome and Claudio easily assisted us with our food order. Vegetarian-friendly too (which can be tricky in Spain)! 😊

Dinner 2 Pp End of August at about 20:00.

We had great cocktails and some good argentinian meat with an outstanding chimichurri-sauce. The waitresses where all very kind and did a good job. My wife and myself enjoyed oure time there.
