Il est très regrettable que votre hamburger et le tomahawk n'aient pas répondu à nos standards habituels de qualité. Nous prenons très au sérieux vos commentaires concernant la cuisson de la viande, l'assaisonnement des frites et la texture de la purée. C'est dommage que notre équipe n'ait pas été informée de ces problèmes pendant votre visite, car nous aurions immédiatement proposé de remplacer vos plats pour corriger la situation.

Concernant nos tarifs, ils reflètent notre emplacement unique en bord de mer, notre cuisine de qualité, et l'expérience globale que nous nous efforçons d'offrir à nos clients. Cependant, nous comprenons votre frustration lorsque la qualité ne correspond pas aux attentes.

vielen Dank für dein Feedback zu deinem Besuch bei uns im Bonito Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Playa de Palma. Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass die Portionsgrößen unserer Sushi und Lammracks nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben und dass die Konsistenz des Kartoffelstocks nicht zufriedenstellend war.

Besonders bedauerlich ist die lange Wartezeit von 1,5 Stunden auf euer Essen. Das entspricht nicht unserem Standard und wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig dafür. Wir nehmen deine Anmerkungen sehr ernst und werden diese nutzen, um sowohl unsere Portionsgrößen als auch unsere Servicegeschwindigkeit zu überprüfen und zu verbessern.

Wir hoffen, dass du uns trotz dieser Erfahrung eine weitere Chance gibst, dich von der Qualität unseres restaurant in Playa de Palma zu überzeugen.
