On vous fait patienter pour vous assoir parce que trop occuper à s’occuper de toute la salle
Pour 5 personnes, on vous installe à une tables de 3. On a demander 2 sièges en plus, on nous a répondu en demandant ce qu’on voulait boire et disant qu’ils sont trop occuper
Prix exorbitant, pour des cocktails tout aussi bon ailleurs
Parle mal aux enfants. éviter de venir avec pour ne pas les traumatiser

Very Disappointing Experience
We ordered a shisha here – I smoke almost every day, but this was by far the worst I have ever tasted. The flavor was burnt, almost like melted plastic. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he reacted with irritation, opened the head of the shisha, and stirred the tobacco with a dirty pair of tongs. Five minutes later, the head was completely burnt.

When we mentioned the problem again, he became upset and insisted it was a “perfect shisha.” He even called the shisha maker over to confirm – but as soon as the shisha maker took his first puff, he started coughing and contradicted the waiter.

We explained that we did not want to pay for such a poor-quality shisha. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he kept insisting: “You pay, you pay!” while giving us an aggressive stare. His attitude was extremely unpleasant, with a look of disdain and a sloppy appearance (pants dragging on the floor). I’m not sure if he was a waiter or the owner, but for customers to recognize him: he was wearing braces.

We were eventually given another shisha, but it was only barely smokable and far from good.
A bit more respect toward customers and a genuine concern for quality – rather than an obsession with profit – could have avoided this disappointing experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

All show and no substance.

Like a lot of places with 'a view'. They tend to think this entitles them to ridiculous prices for mediocre food.
Almost double what we've paid (€230 as opposed to €120 for a family of 5)
in every other restaurant in Cala d'Or.

The food was 'ok' but for €230 'ok' is nowhere near good enough.

The restaurant wasn't busy but still the drinks order was not correct 3 times.

Nothing against the staff who genuinely seemed nice, decent people.

Overall.
Save your money.
There are lots of fantastic views in Cala d'Or, and lots of better restaurants.

Una experiencia poco recomendable. El local parece centrado en atraer turistas sin demasiado esmero. El personal en la entrada intenta captar clientes de forma insistente, lo que puede resultar agobiante. La música que pone el DJ es excesivamente estridente y poco adecuada para crear un ambiente agradable, más bien desconcertante. En conjunto, un lugar que prioriza llenar el espacio antes que ofrecer una experiencia de calidad o un trato cuidado.

Some lovely members of staff outside the venue invited us in, we were a party of 14 including children. We were lead up to a lovely seated area on the top floor where we were quickly accommodated for. Unfortunately the waiter that decided to serve us looked like he had just woke up and couldn't be bothered to bring a smile and some professionalism to work as he was short with us and carried a nasty streak. We got on with a round of drinks and just moved on. On our return to Cala d'or we will not be going back. Its a shame how one person can ruin things.
Drinks are on the expensive side also!

Nice place, nice cocktails. Unfortunately, despite pointing to a non-alcoholic cocktail on the menu to avoid confusion, an incorrect drink still arrived. Not a problem because it was rectified by a very friendly female member of staff. The original waiter then came back to the table to accuse us of 'not telling him it was no alcohol'. Problem was already resolved until his ill-advised visit. Needless to say we didn't stay and then the bill took so long to come that we had to queue to get out.

My experience at SKY Bar was truly exceptional. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The lounge exudes elegance, creating a sophisticated ambiance that makes every moment worthwhile. The food was not only really nice but also worth every cent, offering a delightful culinary experience. The cocktails, crafted from the best of the best ingredients, added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. WOW WOW WOW 🤩 Amazing service, Amazing food, Amazing place!!! If I could give 100 stars I wouldn’t be giving enough credit! So grateful to have come across this venue!! The most amazing experience of the holiday. We will 100% be back again. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the marina in Cala dor 🙌
