Hemos estado en varias ocasiones, después de una comida por el centro. El espacio es de lo más cómodo y agradable de San Sebastián. En la reciente visita pedimos 4 mojitos y estaban perfectos. Además nos sacaron unos picoteos de acompañamiento con mucho detalle (ver la foto). Los precios van en consecuencia con el espacio.... pero para hacer una visita de vez en cuando está muy bien.

Stopped in to enjoy a cocktail and had the best experience. Salmon who waited on us was attentive, informative, and had a great sense of humor. While we enjoyed the drinks, food, and the environment Salmon made that much better!

Cuidado!….. We are well used to Luxury Hotels in Europe but not to the extortionate prices charged here.
Never have I paid €10 for a bottle of still water! (it’s not on the menu)
Be careful to check the prices on the menu before you order drinks or snacks….. (€10 for a small draught local beer! )
This would turn me off our visit to San Sebastián because there are so many places with fair prices but this is definitely what people talk about when they mention a rip-off!

Fuimos mi pareja y yo a tomar café y nos sorprendimos del lugar. Un ambiente relajante, y muy elegante. Cuidadosamente limpio y decorado. Unos precios razonables para un lugar tan bonito y cómodo. Lo único a destacar, quiza que los camareros un poco más atentos (al pedir la cuenta). Por el resto perfecto.

Estuvimos tomando unos cócteles, conocemos el Dry Martini de Madrid y queríamos probar aquí en San Sebastián. Todo un acierto. La coctelería se encuentra dentro del hotel Maria Cristina. Nos atendió Alberto, un profesional excelente que nos preparó nuestros cocktails favoritos. Buenísima experiencia. Muy recomendable!

Wanneer je 24€ betaalt voor je cocktail wil ik daar niet 40min op moeten wachten. Als je dit aangeeft krijg je van het personeel te horen dat de baas maar 1 cocktailshaker achter de bar wilt en het daarom zo lang moet duren. Er werd niets gedaan om ons tevreden te laten vertrekken. Wij zijn bartenders dus hadden hoge verwachtingen. Service moet echt beter of verlaag je prijzen! Wellicht was het een moment opname maar terug komen hier doen wij niet meer. Erg teleurstellende ervaring.

We are frequent visitors (a fans of) to the Luxury Collections and always visit the bar for a drink either before or after dinner. On Thursday, the 16th of May at around 22:30 there were three Bartenders for a total of six guests. The service was very inattentive and uninterested in providing any kind of service to any of the guests. The initial contact was unfriendly (like we were disturbing them), no one asked how our drink was, if we wanted another one, and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring us the check, we had to track down the bartenders (they were taking turns hiding in the back room) ourselves. No "thank you", no concern for the service - totally unacceptable at that location and in that price category.

I expressed my displeasure to the on-duty concierge who was very attentive and apologized for the sub-standard experience.

This was by far the worst service experience we have had in San Sebastián and in any Luxury Collection we have visited thus far. What a disappointment, Your hotel is beautiful, but can only be as good as the team working there. I hope this review can help you improve the level of service for future guests.
