Nos pedimos un cóctel de piña colada sin alcohol y estaba buenísimo y buen de precio. El restaurante es super bonito por dentro y ponen música muy relajante, a su alrededor esta el estanque de peces.

We sat down for our 8pm booking a little early at 7:58 pm. By 8:22pm we were still sat waiting to be asked for drinks or our order being taken. So unfortunately we made the decision to leave. Absolutely appalling service. This once excellent restaurant has gone down hill so much. Which is a shame. We have been visiting El Torrente for over 5 years now and the food is fantastic. However the service has been getting worse over the last couple of years. Tonight’s experience was horrendous. I have guests visiting next month and to be honest I would feel embarrassed bringing them here. I never thought I would say that 2 years ago. I would want some assurances before I visited again.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We arrived and after ordering our drinks, the menus were brought out and we were told we would be called when our starter was ready.

We were called over when the starter was on the table, but while we were still eating, our main courses arrived. This made the meal feel very rushed.

We also had to ask three times for wine, water and ketchup before the manager finally brought them over. To finish, we had to go to the bar ourselves to ask for the bill.

Overall, the service was very disorganised and lacked attention to detail, which really affected our experience. We had another reservation but have since cancelled.

Normalmente no hago mención a nadie y siempre dedico la reseña a otro usuario como yo, para decirle si el local está bien o mal. Pues el local está muy bien, le pondría 4 estrellas sino llega a ser por uno de los camareros que ha estado especialmente atento y que nos ha brindado una experiencia premium Arturo, muchas gracias. En cuanto a la comida está bien, entre el pase de los entrantes y los platos principales unos 45 minutos. Me tomé una copa premium, y como apunte por si sirve, es importante servirla en la mesa delante del cliente. El sitio...simplemte expectacular.

We didn't reserve a table and came by chance while visiting a nearby town. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. They prepared our dishes very quickly, even though the restaurant was full.

The food was absolutely delicious.

El lugar espectacular, ambiente muy agradable pero la comida no está a la altura.pedimos una carne que estaba buena y un bacalao que sinceramente no sabía a nada, cierto que ofrecieron cambio . Cuidado con las guarnición es extras, boniato frito 6€ más, ración pequeña, patatas ídem y bola de helado con torrija ídem, parece cuando lo ofrecen que está incluido en el plato pero no. Sabor agridulce.
