Pet friendly bar...10/10 for that!Things have changed a lot since May 2026 however.
A nice bar that I have frequented for 20 years or so,howecer .. prices have increased substantially.
Now charging 1e for very small bowl of olives that were previously complementary. Hello, this is Spain!
Example; Smirnoff & Tonica, was 7.50e (with complementary olives, nuts or Jelly sweets), now 8.50e - OR 9.50e - if you want olives or jelly sweets also...almost 30% increase!
The bar did try charging for a small bowl of salty peanuts, however after a couple of weeks this seems to have been repeeled. I suspect the owners themselves, lovely people by the way, have put their foot down. Having worked in bars myself, salty complementary peanuts = thirst = buy another drink.
BASIC PRINCIPAL NO?
Prices in general seem to have increased 20% to 40% based on what I order.
Unfriendly manageress (encargadora) who doesn't seem to grasp the concept of hospitality. Never offers a greeting let alone a smile, and can quite often be heard screaming at the staff!
Table service is based on a buzzer system at the tables so please be aware of this.

Still a very nice bar in general and food is great, however hospitality seems to be low on the manageress's list.
There are several great members of the team serving the tables who really do make the effort to be friendly and hospitable!

If you are happy to pay high prices and not receive a welcome from the manageress then you will like the bar.
My friends and I still frequent the bar but less often and we order less...so all in all we now spend less, even after accounting for their higher prices.

Perhaps bars are run differently in Bulgaria, dunno, but we are in Sapin...soooo

Horrible no le faltan camareros pero van como pollos sin cabeza se confundieron con nuestro pedido pero no fuimos la única mesa confundida y luego dos se las camareras se estaban peleando delante de los clientes,la mesa de detrás de nosotros pidió la cuenta a una camarera diciéndole q a su otra compañera se le habría olvidado traerla y esta le contestó que se la volviese a pedir a ella,cada dos por tres salían a fumar y una de ellas limpió el cubo de basura pegada a dónde estábamos sentados el sitio está muy bien pero la gerencia es un desastre

Me pedí un café con leche vegetal y como estaba tan fuerte le dije a la camarera que por favor me echara un poco más de leche y ella de muy malas maneras y con mala cara me trajo una jarrita con leche la cual luego me cobro también. No vuelvo más, el trato dejó mucho que desear.

Desde el primer momento nos atendieron con muchísima amabilidad, profesionalidad y una atención al detalle que hoy en día cuesta encontrar. Siempre atentos, rápidos, cercanos y con una sonrisa, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos en todo momento.

Se nota que disfrutan de su trabajo y que se preocupan de verdad por los clientes. El servicio ha sido excelente de principio a fin y han marcado totalmente la diferencia.
