First, the 20€ entry fee is not "fictional." During major World Cup matches, we implement a standard cover charge due to extremely high demand. This helps us manage capacity and ensure a comfortable, safe environment for all our guests watching the games.

Regarding your comments about our hostess, we must politely but firmly defend our team against personal attacks. She is a highly qualified professional who is fluent in five languages, including English and Catalan. On that specific evening, we had a large number of reservations for Russian-speaking groups arriving at the exact same time. She simply assumed you were part of those reservations and greeted you in Russian. Once she realized you were not with that group, she immediately switched to English to assist you.

It was a simple, logical mix-up, not an insult. Our team was just doing their job by informing you of our event policies. We welcome constructive feedback, but we do not accept unfair or rude remarks about our hardworking staff.
