This was not a relaxing experience due to the large number of children, approximately ages 2-12, screaming, running around, splashing constantly in the pool, and playing with large toys throughout the day. Neither the parents nor the staff appeared to address the situation. For most of the day, there were more than 10 children in the pool, making it impossible for adults to enjoy it without being splashed or disturbed.

This was on May 28, 2026.

What made this especially surprising is that Puro’s website states:

“Everyone is welcome in our Purobeach as long as they respect the relaxed atmosphere and tranquility that is guaranteed in our oasis and that our guests are looking for. The use of the pool is limited to those over 16 years old.”

Unfortunately, the relaxed atmosphere and tranquility described on the website were definitely not respected during our visit.

Purobeach is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The entrance fee is €65 if you are not staying at the Hilton hotel, and it includes a sunbed and a bottle of water. The pool is great, and the vibe is very pleasant. Another cool thing is that it’s located right next to the beach, so you can also take a walk by the sea.

Fuimos un sábado toda la familia a celebrar una comunión. El ambiente era increíble en la terraza. Como hacía bastante sol nos prepararon una mesa dentro del comedor. Nos atendió Fiorella. En todo momento nos traía bebidas, comida y super atenta a todas nuestras demandas, con una actitud alegre e impecable. El menú super completo, con muchísimos entrantes y una plato principal de lubina exquisito!!!!

Currently at Purobeach. We’ve had a nice day here, but the service really hasn’t been as expected. You pay a lot of money to have a sun bed and expect a level of service that we’ve not had. Not once, apart from when they told us we had to leave and could order 1 more drink, has anyone asked us if we wanted anything. It’s been quiet given it’s a Wednesday, but minimal staff around and the beach club is used by guests of the hotel, so lots of kids playing in the pool. I imagine there’s better beach clubs in Barcelona, especially given the price, and I’d class this as more of a hotel pool area rather than a beach club

Purobeach Barcelona es un plan muy completo si buscas algo más que comer o tomar algo. El sitio está muy bien montado, con un ambiente cuidado, buena música y una zona de piscina que invita a quedarse horas.

La experiencia en general es lo que marca la diferencia: puedes relajarte, tomar algo y desconectar sin salir de la ciudad. La comida y los cócteles acompañan bien, aunque aquí lo principal es el entorno.

El servicio fue correcto y el ambiente bastante animado, especialmente en días de buen tiempo.

En general, es un sitio para darse un capricho y disfrutarlo con calma. Si vas con esa idea, cumple y deja buena sensación

Un beach club que es la piscina del hotel con niños jugando a pelota, pistolas de agua y tirándose en bomba todo el día! Debería tener una piscina familiar y el beach club mejor adaptado a personas que buscan tranquilidad y buen ambiente, el sitio ya está un poco en mal estado, las plantas nada cuidadas… etc

Overall a disappointing experience. Mostly due to the club being full of children, making it less of a chill pool club and more of a kids club where adults are also hanging out. We paid 215 Euros for a balinese sun bed in the pool zone, where kids were screaming, running and splashing around.

Food and service was nothing amazing, which was surprising after reading some of the reviews here. I suspect they're either fake or specifically requested by the staff, as not a single person went out of their way to make the day anything special.

Pas de DJ à la piscine un samedi pour un lit à 200€ ! Cela ne vaut vraiment pas le coût.

Attention Tous les bons avis sont présents car les serveurs demandent aux clients de mettre 5!!

Un discours trompeur sur le site et Instagram qui laisse penser à une superbe ambiance musique et décontracte. A l’inverse nous avons une horde d’enfants qui sautent dans l’eau et éclaboussent tout le monde alors que c’est interdit voici la seule musique que vous entendrez (la musique de fond est évidemment très basse). Nous sommes peut être dans une piscine municipale ??

200€ = Un lit devant la piscine, une petite bouteille d’eau, une bouteille de vin et deux shots (pas un verre) d’un smoothie chaud.

Les serveurs sont sympathiques mais je ne conseille pas et ne reviendrais pas.
