Incredible view of all of barcelona and very nice chill vibes. There’s also a pool but only for hotel guests. Service staff was very friendly, especially Imran, will def come back!

I’ve been a regular at this bar for a long time and frequently bring visiting friends here because I’ve always loved the atmosphere. However, during our most recent visit on Diada, we had a very disappointing experience. After I had to leave, staff brought the bill to my friends and asked them to leave without any explanation or prior notice. There was no reserve sign on the table, nor were we informed upon seating that the table was needed by a certain time.
While I understand if tables are reserved or time-limited on busy holiday shifts, asking polite guests to leave abruptly without clear communication felt unwelcoming. I hope management can address how staff handle these situations in the future, as it left a very uncomfortable impression on my guests.

Horrible very badly maintained place.
We had a couple of super overpriced drinks, fine. You pay the view and both the waitresses amazing.
When we were finishing the last drink, they took our drink. We couldve finished but we were chatting and planning to leave soon. Right away when we looked up, signs to someone to give us the bill. said we werent looking to leave to see what was happening and Voilà, 1 min after, the waiter called Andrea came to KICK US OUT. We explained they took our drinks, signals and now this and offered us a shot so we would chill. MAN, people that go to these places are not convinced by your low quality alcohol shot. No manners. Rejected to give us the papers to file a complaint. Ended up in reception filing the complaint.

Terrible service. Oh, the views were incredible, but that was it.

Terrible experience. We ordered a beer and a cocktail and waited for over 20 minutes, even though the place wasn’t busy. When we finally went to ask if we were going to get our drinks, they told us they had lost the ticket and apologized.

Instead of serving customers, the staff were just chatting and drinking at the bar. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not the service you would expect.

Very disappointing experience. We waited 39 minutes for our order, but it never arrived. No proper explanation or update was given, and after waiting that long, we eventually decided to leave. For a rooftop bar where you expect decent service, this was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on our experience.

The view is stunning, but it’s a shame that the service is precisely the opposite.

The staff were not very friendly or welcoming from the moment we arrived, and once seated we waited for around 20 minutes just to order our drinks and food (I had to find a waiter to ask if we could please order!). The two tables next to us - who were seated after us and were only able to order because I found a waiter - received not only complimentary nuts and their food & drinks before us, they also received warm, lovely, chatty service from the wait staff whilst we were unfortunately largely ignored. Eric had a lot to say to the table next to us, but didn’t seem to have any time to chat or ask if we would like any more drinks or food.

It’s a shame, but I would strongly recommend against coming here - there are loads of other bars with lovely service in Barcelona.

Die Location war sehr schön und ästhetisch, jedoch wurden wir bei den Getränken maßlos enttäuscht… wir durften nicht draußen sitzen und bei einem Mojito für 16,20€ erwartet man sich schon mehr als ein Wasser mit Minze…😢
